ProLon ReSet is designed to use as a full-day fasting break when you need a reset, want to ramp up your cleansing routine, or are practicing intermittent fasting as part of a 5:2 Diet routine (fast 2 days per week, eat a regular diet for other 5 days of the week). We do not recommend adding a ProLon ReSet day before or after completing 5 days of ProLon, as this has not been tested in any of our studies and may be unsafe in certain people.
